Law on the protection of nature
The nature protection act was passed by the Parliament of Queensland Australia in 1992 for the protection of national parks, nature reserves and wildlife sanctuaries. Effectively manage Act mandates collecting information and identification of significant native wildlife habitat and heritage of Queensland. Ministry of environment and management of resources (DERM) is for the management of the law the Government agency responsible. ManagementDERM conservation emerged from the Ministry of natural resources and water and the environmental protection agency in 2009.
