The final step in the process of immigration to the United States is citizenship application by completing the form N-400, application for naturalization. Form N-400 is a 10 page document. Pages 1 and 2Page 1 form N-400 inquiries regarding your name and your right to citizenship file. Page 2 asks your biographical information including history.Pages address and phone number 3 and 4Page 3 request. Aprofile of criminal records and habitation, che stroke and history. 4 Request page summarizes detailed history of travel outside United States and marital history.Pages 5 and 6Page 5 is a continuation of marital history, details of current and former spouses request. Page 6 requests information about your children and response General questions.Pages 7 8Page 7 consists of broader issues relating to organizational affiliation and confirmation of permanent residence in the United States response. Page 8 of requests for information on the good moral character.Pages 9 and 10Page 9 includes questions on SI participated in the procedure for the remediation, exclusion and deportation; History of military service.
